Well the idea is to spend that amount of money really. You will know November 1st. We have all picked a bracket we were comfortable spending in and we will buy something as a gift for the other person in that range.

Oh i see. We will know who our recipient is and then we can buy somthing for them on ebay within the designated price range?

Exactly! I've asked each person to give some leads to ideas so they get something they enjoy. It's a single card this year. So if your in the $25 bracket, you get a single card in that sell range.
