What is your Holy Grail?
#41

RE: What is your Holy Grail?
My Holy Grail was always a 1954 Topps Jackie Robinson. Always loved the look of that card, but was never able to afford one. After finally being able to purchase one last year, I am on a quest for a nice (ungraded) 53 Topps Roy Campanella.

My holy grail is the 1998 Donruss Crusade Red Will Clark /25. This card sells for such exorbitant prices I'll likely never own one. A bit more likely to happen is a 2006 A&G black mini Danica Patrick.

Any Donnie Baseball that I don't have. I'm working on that though. I'm in the process of becoming bosom buddies with a 40 year old geezer who has a Hitman collection that kills me. That way he'll leave them to me when he croaks.

Yes, I realize my plan is evil.... and poorly thought out. You see, I'm 39. I really wouldn't be able to enjoy them for that long.[Image: undecided.gif]

But my son would! Faith in my plot is restored and re-re-instated. Now you, back to your hiding spot! I know it's cold in that bush, but you're supposed to be a pro! Dress for success!

In baseball, i would have to say 2001 Leaf Certified Jackie Robinson Fabrics of the Game Jersey. Only seen one and it went for $732.

For me it would be the Passing the Torch Dual Auto card of Derek Jeter and Ozzie Smith. I have been wanting that card for nearly 15 years now.
