RE: 2010 National Treasures Case Break
Thank you everyone for the kind words. After a sub-par break last year, I think Panini did much better in 2010 (2008 was also good to me, so maybe it is just the even numbered years that pay off?). But, as others have noticed, I wish they would have distributed the hits a little better. The Starr and the Payton came in the same box and the 8 auto pays for the last box, but it would be difficult to break even on just the first two.
Also, the Pen Pals card was an oddity. Most of the cards seem to fall into the 120pt - 140pt range (150pt magnetic holders are too large). But, the Pen Pals card is super thin - maybe 20pt. I also do not understand the mixture of players on it, but I am sure there is some kind of rhyme or reason... Finally, these are just what I would consider the top six cards from my break. Panini did put a few nasty patch cards in there as well. So, if anyone else breaks NT this year, I would love to see scans/pics. I do not know how many pics we can put in our posts, but I would be happy to look at buckets. Thanks again, everyone. |

A Blair White (a sleeper just waiting to make his mark on a full time basis - c'mon, anyone with Manning throwing to them is a lock), a nasty RPA, and a 1/1! And, with the collateral cards, I don't think you would have much of a problem getting your money's worth. Thanks for sharing!!! |

RE: 2010 National Treasures Case Break
Did you happen to pull any Hines Wards?? If so, please send me a PM and let me know what you want for them. Thanks
Looking for Hines Ward rookies and autos. I will only be sending trades on Tuesday's and/or Friday's due to work. http://s244.photobucket.com/home/nynkefan7/index ![]() banner courtesy of jbel4331 |

My Steelers experience with NT this year consists of a Jack Lambert Jersey card, an Emmanuel Sanders Ball/Jersey card, and a Jonathan Dwyer Ball/Jersey card. I would have rather pulled a Hines Ward (the Lambert is cool), but no such luck. |
