I really haven't thought about that...I was just trying to get the set completed first. Some of the cards are pretty hard to locate. I'm at 15/20, with the bigger ones knocked off already. Think it would be worth it?

Yeah, I would give it a shot being only 20 cards..Kinda makes me wanna do a 1990's insert set myself..

Added another, so now I'm at 16/20. Thing is, the way some people do not take care of the chrome, the surfaces are scratched a bit on some of the cards. I'd do it, but I'm not sure I'd be happy with anything less than an 8.5...Decisions, decisions...

I have quite a few different 90's insert sets I'm doing right now. It's fun because they are nostalgic to me (and the are pretty cheap compared to the newer stuff). Like these Rock Star Refractors, 1:144 packs. Decently tough odds to find and bust yourself. Basically, the 1 of 4 box hit is coming to me for an average of $8 or so. Pretty good IMO. As soon as the set is done, I will most liekly post them all over in the basketball boards.

I agree great prices and fun sets you can't beat that. You ever see the 1998 fleer - electrifying inserts? I have of those around here somewhere. I feel like digging them out now and trying to complete the set..good stuff!

These came along with all my refractor cards. The next 45-day sub I'm in contains card #3. I pulled the first one out of a pack and 10 years later I got around to completing the set.
