One looks in better condition then the other, but they are the exact same card. If you look at the top of the right edge on one of them, you see some slight chipping which isn't seen on the other. Kind of odd considering both are top-notch sellers (as far as feedback goes)

Another oddity is that it appears to be two different pics of it too. If you look at the scans, each one shows a bit of the card that is cut off on the other scan. Hmmm...

2 #40's - a bit odd. Could it be something like one of them pulled a different #d card that was damaged and sent it in and it was replaced with the same card but #40/99? Seems like I saw somewhere a couple times where people have sent in serialed cards that were damaged and got the same #'d card back but obvious a different card because no damage which would mean the company has some spares of the serialed cards possibly. Good catch though, major red flags for sure.

The only really odd thing is that they are both listed for sale at the same time. It would be that crazy to have two, three, even as many as five of the same serial numbered card out there. It certainly would not be the first. If interested, I would certainly ask the seller for new scans, perhaps ask one for a white back ground and one with a different color like orange or something light that is not in the card to bring out the edges better. Just explain that they aren't good scans of entire card and the edge showing does not have a good solid background to judge the edge. I don't think that is unreasonable even if there weren't two of the same card up for auction right now.

Upon further review, while the one is cut off through the sig, if you line up the background with the sig, that is a pretty dead on sig on both cards. that would be rare that the sig would be perfectly the same and perfectly the same on the exact spot on each card. The background showing on the side of each card looks similar too. You might have the same seller with two accounts making a mistake.
