Completed: Jordan SLU Figures - hercules21 - 11-03-2014
Took a long break, but going to try and get back into the hobby and the forum. Lots of threads to catch up on.
I know they're not cards, but was excited to share, so thanks for looking. It took a long time to get them in good condition (no discoloration) at a good price, but finally picked up the One-on-One and now have them all!

Congrats man, that is a cool collection! I have several of those and you have inspired me to get the rest! I have never seen the MJ/Thomas Dual before, I like that a lot! Congrats man!

I have the card from the Thomas Dual, but just never see the complete packaging.
Now you have to go after the more modern Mattel/SLU's of Jordan 1999 I think...

i have over 200 SLU sitting in my attic and too bad they don't carry much value as much they did in the past but I find them very beautiful. I remember going to toy r us all the time hunting for them. I have basketball set from 93-95, I believe.

Nah, with the different packaging it doesn't really seem to fit in the set.
I'm content with just these. Don't really like the look of the Super Stars nor the Space Jam figures. These just feel more vintage.

I really like SLU, and really wish they kept a great sale value....like everything else all lowered do to the ease of finding some for sale.
Hope you enjoyed the search as that is the fun of the hobby!
