The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - dleifriaf - 12-01-2013 Since beginning my collection in 1996, I have seen exactly ONE copy of each of the redeemed version of these redemption cards. I pictured the Wilkins "scoring" card since he was more of a scorer than a rebounder or distributor. I think I picked these up about 7-8 years ago from an Isiah Thomas collector. Why have these cards never gotten any attention from the hobby? I have never seen Clyde for sale the black is not all that rare but the holographic is #'d to 100 RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - odditycards - 12-02-2013 I would agree with the Bleachers....and for them not having a complete checklist of what all was produced either. There are a ton more of those cards that what is actually indexed. Seemed like they should have gotten more love in the hobby and collector world. Almost treated as Broder cards in some circles. I would say any of the SGA (stadium give-away) sheets, Team Night sheets, and food cards (McD's, bread, Yogurt, Handi-Snacks, pizza) don't get that recognition either. RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - dleifriaf - 12-12-2013 lol, no one cared... awesome RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - zinger82 - 12-12-2013 dleifriaf, I'm laughing with you. I'd never heard of those cards and I don't care because I mainly collect Jordan. Is there a D. Robinson from this set? RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - dleifriaf - 12-12-2013 The player that led Dream Team II in either of these categories could have that specific card redeemed by the collector for a 14-card set of that category. Kevin Johnson's Assists card and Shaquille O'Neal's Rebounds and Scoring cards qualified as the three exchange cards. Apparently, nobody bothered redeeming these cards. Redeemed and Unredeemed versions of the Assists, Rebounds, and Scoring cards exist for each of these players (so six cards total for each player). The redeemed sets are IMPOSSIBLE to find. 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #1 Derrick Coleman 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #2 Joe Dumars 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #3 Tim Hardaway 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #4 Kevin Johnson 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #5 Larry Johnson 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #6 Shawn Kemp 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #7 Dan Majerle 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #8 Reggie Miller 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #9 Alonzo Mourning 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #10 Shaquille O'Neal 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #11 Mark Price 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #12 Steve Smith 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #13 Isiah Thomas 1994 Upper Deck USA Follow Your Dreams #14 Dominique Wilkins RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - odditycards - 12-12-2013 I'm just glad that none of my players were in that set! RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - dale12 - 12-12-2013 Do you have a photobucket of you player collection oddity? RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - odditycards - 12-12-2013 That I don't yet. I've been asked many many times...but I've been hiding I guess. Maybe a New Years Resolution for me to get the photos taken...15000+ Jordans might take some time RE: The rarest cards you've never heard of and don't care about - dale12 - 12-13-2013 I was more interested in the Stockton/Malone anyway! Jordan is in nearly every set anyone ever makes If the others make it into a set Clyde generally would aswell |
