Anyways it seems to me that the Browns are really starting all over & putting a lot of faith in the 2014 draft! I don't know what they are thinking though!

Impossible. The Colts pick is going to be somewhere in the teens. They're going to have a top 5 pick. They're might be able to package the 2 picks and get one of those two guys.
