QUICK! Having trouble making pick for TOPPS, The Chase!!! - jjschuld - 03-31-2013
Is anyone else having problems? I'm logged into the site, I have about 20 player cards to choose from but the system will not allow me to make a selection. Can't find any reason why.
Any thoughts? Am I doing something wrong?

I believe it starts tomorrow April 1st. Mine did the same thing.

Well, April 1st is here and still couldn't make a selection. I'll try to call Topps Customer Service and see if I can get a live person to help. I don't see any listing of "leaders" on the website so I'm assuming everyone is still having the same problem. You'd think they'd post some sort of explanation!

i had no problem making selections this morning..
just clicked on streaks and was able to start 3 different streaks..

It's been live since yesterday, they've just made it way too complicated. Don't know how I found it but after clicking around for a while I eventually did.

Figured it out!!! Go to the top right and you see "Welcome (username)". Under the pull down click My Streaks and go from there!

You have to click on a player and then click on the streak drop down menu you want to add them to...then select the day...it's crazy complicated but it does work...I just did two streaks. you won't be able to add anything for today. If a player isn't active on a certain day it will say n/a...

I was able to activate 3 streaks starting tomorrow. After a player gets a hit, do you have to reactivate that player again for the next day, or does it ride over to the next day? Do you have to use the player over until he doesn't have a hit? Or can you switch out everyone everyday? Anyone know how this works?
