Just wondering if anyone knows or has any of these pennant chase cards. What are they????? Are they inserts in 2013 Topps or another failed contest from Topps. Thanks

Basically, Topps has inserted pennant chase cards for every team. -If the team on your chase card wins the pennant, you enter the code on the back and win a special set of cards.
