Hey guys and gals this will be the 1st contest of many to come!!! Smile

I hope everyone is ready to have some fun and win some great prizes Smile

This will be for all members across the boards, but the prizes will be football related Smile

As of now there will be one winner a contest due to the fact I will be supplying all the prizes.

Prize:**A hobby box and a bonus Smile

**

Dateline:**This contest start date is 11/30/12 - 12/30/12**

Ok now to the fun part Smile

Since it is the first contest; I would like to make it a meaningful one for everyone.

First: Come up with a player of your choice Smile

Mainly someone you collect please.

Second: Come up with a paragraph or however much you want to write. Explaining why you collect them and how you got into collecting them etc. etc. etc. Leaving that up to the member entries, that way we don't have all the same formats.

Third: You or your family will make a 1 of 1 sketch card of your player entry. Theme this anyway you like! This can be done in all formats and freehand. You can get the family involved with this or your neighbors don't be scared Smile

*Just make sure you downsize it on the forum entry*

Remember guys this is a contest! So have fun with it! I know everyone is not top notch artist here, but that's not what we will be judging.

I hope you guys will enjoy this Smile

I love the idea. I can already tell this will be my favorite contest I've seen on Beckett. One question though, i 'm not skilled with a pencil and paper but love making custom cards on Photoshop. Would those count as a sketch card? Here's some examples(none of these cards exsist):

No that is not a sketch card, a sketch is a sketch. Artistic layers in PS is not sketching; hope that helps
