How long for conformation Beckett received my cards? - jlandry287 - 11-05-2012
I sent them around a month ago, and still have received no conformation. I used delivery confirmation and it was delivered about 3 weeks ago. What should I do?

What service level did you pick? What date did you're DC say the cards were delivered? If you tell me this info. I can help you out. Your time starts the day after the cards were received.

45 day, and it was delivered 10/13/12. i know it hasnt been a month but shouldn't i have heard something by now?

Probably hear something around Dec. 17, depending on how many days they use for the Thanksgiving holiday. I don't hear anything from them until right before they ship the cards back to me, normally.

You might not hear from them until the week...day of job completion.
