I'm set up for auto-renewal on my Baseball OPG subscription.
My credit card info is correct.
I get an email from Beckett saying there is an error renewing my online price guide, reason being - failed to process payment.
My emails and PMs are going unanswered.
My OPG has been terminated. I have almost 300,000 items in my Organize which I can no longer access.
I can't find out why.
Please just auto-renew my subscription or at least explain to my why you won't auto-renew.
