I am looking to create my 2012 Prestige base set. Its a rather long list of cards I DON'T have, so here are the cards I do have:
9, 10, 13, 14, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 40, 41, 51, 55, 56, 67, 68, 70, 73, 82, 84, 97, 98, 105, 113, 114, 115, 120, 121, 125, 129, 135, 138, 143, 144, 154, 156, 162, 163, 167, 168, 173, 180, 189, 190, 196.

I don't believe so, but I have a couple of Prestige inserts.
