My Ginter "breaks" - geauxbravos - 07-21-2012

So after a good deal of debating (and a lot of willpower) I decided to take the funds I had set aside for 2 boxes of Ginter and use them to buy the singles I wanted. This would have been the first hobby break I've done since 1999 or so but in the end just decided I'd rather pass up the chance for the big hit and just go for the cards I wanted. I stuck to my limit on the funds and this is what I came up with, thanks for looking!

Smart move! Looks like you got some good stuff.

Nice pick ups. I think I am going to start just buying singles. Tired of getting my heart broken opening packs.

It's much more satisfying, getting cards you want vs that empty feeling after losing the gamble.
I've sworn off box-busting for several years now and I'm much happier for it.

Keegan Bradley is a golfer on the PGA tour; he won the PGA championship last year. Thanks for all the comments!

i am totally with you - I stop buying hobby boxes a few years ago as well. I would much rather spend the $100 on the exact cards I want. I am sure glad others break them though!
