Cotton Owens 2013 NASCAR HOF passes away - shelbysaleen - 06-07-2012 Cotton Owens who was recently voted into the 2013 NASCAR HOF has lost his battle with Cancer. Cotton was a driver owner mechanic innovator and finally a legend. He was the owner of David Pearsons first championship car. Cotton has 51 trading cards including 2 autographs and 6 race used.
