Buy/Download Photoshop, that's where most make them bud.. There's tutorials all over the internet that you can try out as well hope that helped!

if you don't have the money to purchase a full version (spent 1800 on cs 5.5 creative suite) try a slightly older program called gimp. Its free and works almost the same but not all the toys
