I cant tell. It doesnt say so on the back of the card, and what looks like the certification is over the auto. Im looking at the Elways. Any help would be great. Thanks

That card is.... Yes.... all the inserts in the set are autographed.... there is also an autographed parallel of the base USA flag card...

I don't understrand the question. You say you are looking at the Elways, but the link goes to a Mark Sanchez card that says rookie signature right on it.

Yeah, it was the wrong link. It was for an Elway auto, but I found it in Becketts database. Sorry.
