Greetings! I was curious about your guys opinions on the Razor Ink Vault autographs that came packed in "uncirculated" toploaders. Sometimes you can find some at 1/4 or less of the BV for the regular card. Does coming in this case hurt the value? What do you guys think?

What do you guys think?Reason being is because there are rumors floating around that some of those in the "uncirculated" seal, were never signed by the person depicted on the card.
Supposedly Ink Works like Classic, Score Board and Fleer had alot of Un-Signed cards that were sitting around that should have been destroyed but made it into the secondary market once Razor bought them out.
