I have been working on this set for a LONG time and I am down to O'Neil Bell and Julio Caesar Chavez, Jr. These were both exchange cards and I have never seen anyone on Beckett have this nor any sell on Ebay ever. Someone told me that they never signed and I have sent several letters directly to Topps asking to confirm this. Does anyone have any knowledge or way I can find out. I would like to know if I am done hunting this one.
