Order received/getting status on an order

RE: Order received/getting status on an order
I admit it is a little unnerving waiting for the confirmation email on a high dollar submission, especially a group submission and you're the person in charge.

"Hey dude, did BGS email you yet? Huh? Huh? Huh?" I'm not worried because I see all these threads and they always have a happy ending. Plus I have signature confirmation that it was signed for.

But I do get why people get worked up over it.

RE: Order received/getting status on an order
This $h1t is extremely frustrating. I bet a huge number BGS complaints will be solved by simply by BGS sending out an e-mail saying "we got your cards and it's in the process.." etc. For high $$$ cards or 1/1's that's really all i'd want to know.. is that the cards got there safely regardless of what my USPS delivery says! Half of the work is already DONE already simply because somebody there is opening the package to check the service level days. The entire order does not have to be entered in.. just an e-mail saying "package received" will ease my mind. How difficult is that? I REALLY DON'T GET WHAT THE BIG DEAL IS WHY THAT IS NOT DONE.. somebody there please fix it. It's not a technical glitch. It's poor customer service.

Ouch, when did you send it? Did you use DC? Now they can't find it?

RE: Order received/getting status on an order
Like I said, I'm confident they have my order due to having signature confirmation but at the end of business today they have 6 days left and I still haven't gotten an email.

I understand why people get unnerved.

RE: Order received/getting status on an order
got my check from USPS for the lost items.
Too bad insurance was only 100.00, i felt like they were worth a lot more, once graded. But we'll never know.
USPS gave me the 100.00 plus s/h fees.

RE: Order received/getting status on an order
You know, I never did get that order received email. I did get the "your order has shipped" email earlier this afternoon so I guess that's all that matters.

I get the an email on week 3 saying my order has been received, then I don't see another email till the day the cards have been shipped. Why there's a lag time on the order status is beyond me. I always get my cards on time so I can't complain but it would be nice to get notification as soon as the cards are in Becketts' possession.

I just received an Order Received email after submitting my cards to a BGS representative 3 weeks earlier.

Did your 20 day submissions arrive approximately 20 business days after receiving the order received email? Or does my Order Received email, along with my CC being charged, mean that my cards are to be delivered soon?

Thanks for your help.
