RE: OT: Current players who will be in the Hall Of Fame
I think its too early to tell for guys like ray rice and rodgers actually. Even though moss doesnt have the rings (yet!) i dont see how he cant make it when hes right behind jerry rice. If they dont put him in, they shouldnt put another wr in ever until they beat his statistics. And if were putting Steven Jackson in, then I have to say Frank Gore as well. Ive always wondered if Gore was good enough to get in and this year he's definitely helping his chances.

Looking for 49er Autos and Kobe Bryant.

I've always thought he was one of the most valuable players in the NFL during his career. I don't think he made enough flashy plays to get in though.

Cowboysfan's list is the closest to being right IMO.

Haloti Ngata needs 4-6 more years of being a high impact player to make it.

Jeff Saturday has a shot.

Jake Long is the best tackle in the league, if he stays healthy for another 6-8 years he's a first ballot guy.

Charles Woodson
DeMarcus Ware
Jason Witten
Tony Gonzalez

there are some players who would be close (Ronde Barber, Eli), but I just don't see them getting in unless they do a LOT more.

Why do you not think Brees is a lock?

His stats are inflated, and his team has really only had one good year. He will need another SB, or another record season to have a shot. While he has a chance, I would put Eli in instead of him at this point.

Supercollecting DeMarco Murray LMK if you have anything

His reputation is holding him back IMO. I think however if they won another Superbowl there's no way that they can keep him out.

If you say Brees' stats are inflated, may as well say that Marino's were. Which of course,is not true. HoF LOVES stats. Brees WILL be a Hall of Famer even if he doesn't win another ring. He already has the records, and has the ring. Which puts him above Marino,Kelly,& Moon who have zero rings but all great HoF QB's. He's a lock, and will join the Elites in the Hall.
