I have 21/35 TRUE RCs...60%. But I have probably the 3 thoughest ones to get 1) 2011 National Treasures /99, 2) 2011 Rookies and Stars Longevity /10, and 3) 2011 Topps Platinum Red /25. Just wanted to show it off... if anyone can assist with the other 14 I would be most gracious.

sweet stuff man! i like miller quite a bit. but heres my question, how are those platinum parallels true rcs? i know beckett lists them as that but that cant be right. because a ton of other sets have parallels and their not considered true rcs. any info? id like to know because im having that issue with my niner guys.

Honestly man, I have no idea how they define a true "RC" with all those parallels out there. As long as Beckett says its a RC, that's what I roll with.

true rcs are usually part of the base set. ive been collecting the true rcs of all my 49er guys from 2005 to now and i have never ran into the case where a parallel was counted as a true rc. ive been monitoring the platinum ones since they came out because i would need the hunter and kaepernick ones but ive been holding off because i think it is a mistake labeling them rcs. and trust me, there have been plenty of mistakes in the opg on this site haha. i just wish they would fix it.

Yea, don't know. Makes sense what you are saying. Just like the older year stuff when the only RC they had was just one. (I.e. 81 Montana, 84 Marino, 84 Rice)

awesome group of Von. i"ll keep an eye out for more. on the RC subject, i also thought its the base card of a product for a players rookie year....
times are a changing though.
