just purchased card from amazon, looked it up and card serial number from BCCG does not match the card i bought. Is it a fraud?

Not necessarily. Most likely the photo was a stock photo. FYI, don't buy any more cards that are BCCG Graded. While BCCG is still part of Beckett Grading, it's a bulk submission. What I mean by this is that some sellers that submit mass quantities of cards have Beckett slab cards that don't grade out as 9.5's with the BCCG slab.
