I sent cards in to be graded a few weeks ago. I checked usps tracking and they arrived on March 26th. I still have not received any email or notification saying my order was received. I was just wondering if this is normal. The 20th day is this Friday April 20th. Thanks

The time starts the day after your cards are received. And the turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays.

Thanks. Hopefully the new BGS system is better. We should at least get an email saying they received order on the day they actually received it.

I haven't submitted in a couple years. When I did submit, I hand delivered them on a Friday. Then on Monday I received an email stating that my order had been received.

I'm in the same boat. Mailed cards 4/16, arrived 4/18. Just kinda wanna know that the order is where it should be.

What service level did you use? Remember, the time starts the day after you order is received.

10 day. I know they have plenty of time. But when I mail something that valuable, I just wanna know its in the right place

In the same boat here. Mine was received 4/12 according to the DC. I've yet to get an email and my CC has yet to be charged. I sent a 20 day submission.

I sent a 45 day submission that was received on 3/2. That would make the due date 5/7 or 5/8 depending on if Good Friday is considered by Beckett to be a holiday. I received an e-mail confirming receipt on Tuesday 5/1 and my payment cleared yesterday. This just seems to be the situation with grading for them at this time. I would definitely advise to hang on to your DC and insurance receipts until your cards are delivered just in case, but chances are good that your cards are there and on schedule.

BTW - It appears that Good Friday was not considered a holiday since BGS lists my due date as 5/7.
