OK IDK who/what/why this seller is but this stuff is getting real old
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-11-Cup-FOUN...3a7163a579 literally, I'm browsing autos, and probably 1/4-1/2 of them are these blankity blank magnets! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS SIR!?!?!?!!? People are bidding on them...so...WHO IS BIDDING ON THIS?!?!? Can't they get busted for copyright infringement for copying the original design / cards that are trademarked?

Does he and the buyers not realize that these are a conterfit copy of a copyrighted item. Some one should report him to Ebay and get him botted off.

Copyright issues aside, it's the same as people selling iPhone boxes on eBay. The seller is making some quick, but probably not very honest cash from people who probably aren't reading the entire item before bidding. Or maybe some people are very interested in decorating their fridge...

Anything for a quick buck.

Technically, it does say in the item description that it is a re-print....

there is still a copyright issue there...
since nobody reported them i just did. People bidding on these 'fakes' means they aren't spending their money on legitimate auctions which in the end can affect anyone selling related items on ebay Wanted: Sidney Crosby, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins |
