BGS 4/4 UPDATE....All is Well :) They are coming home!

BGS 4/4 UPDATE....All is Well :) They are coming home!
So, I submitted (handed to a representative) in Philly 2 separate orders on 2 separate specials (email deal and a repeat customer deal) on March 3rd, and to be billed on 2 different cards. Both 20 day turn arounds.
I have never received the "we are processing your order" email and when on "order status" under grading it does not show up.
I emailed Beckett and they confirmed that the order made it to Texas, but they could not give me ANY info beyond that AND that it was logged in as 1 order and not 2 separate. I called to talk about this and was told they could not view the order, that the rep. only could since he was in charge of those submissions. They gave me his number, I called it and ..............
he is out of the office until April 2nd. My 20 business days will be Friday, March 30th.
So, they told me that they would inquire about it as a Very Important status when I called back and told them he was out of the office and get back to me. That was yesterday. Still no update.

I have no idea if they are charging me with the 2 deals or just under 1 order, I (and they) dont even know when it will be completed.
Im usually paranoid about this stuff (which is why Ive been double checking on everything). Starting to Spazz!!

Opinions?

I will enlighten you as a lot of people have the same issues. First, your 20 business days begins the day the cards reach the Dallas facility and not the reps hands. Also, don't expect the email confirmation or order status to be updated until the very last day. Last time I submitted I got the cards back before order status was updated. While beckett has never lost my cards, their submission and status system is awful. You'd think they would have it together by now.
As long as you filled out the forms completely and correctly your fine. I let the rep fill mine out once at a show...never again.

Oh I know the day thing, I was considering Monday the 5th ( I handed them over Saturday the 3rd ) would be the first day, which would make Friday March 30th my 20th business day.

As far as the order status system....it DIDNT USED TO BE this bad. This will be my 7th order I believe. Usually I would get the confirmation within the first or second week. Even the company I work for you can log in online to check the status of your order.

I guess like any other business now a days, they may have lost a few ppl to make them "more efficient" and more profitable.

Your time starts the day after the order is received. Since Beckett is closed on Saturdays & Sundays your order may ship out on Monday.

So, if I give it to them on a Saturday, wouldnt that be on a Monday then? So Monday the 5th - Friday the 30th = 20 (business) days, correct?
So, only a part relief today.
Received the "we have your order" email.
BUT, Only ONE of my orders were charged on my card today.
The other credit card I listed for the other other was not charged yet (weird, since both were handed over on the SAME DAY).
No phone call or email like I was promised.
Sad

Weekends don't count.

Yep, thats 20 business days. Hopefully your cards arrive. I worry about sending in thousands dollars of cards and not being able to track them. Their tracking and confirmation system is a disaster waiting to happen.

Yea....all together the value was like $3,500.
I know thats not alot to some here, but for me thats like a years worth of buying cards.

Like I stated above, the one order was logged in and charged, which that one the high dollar order. But I am still waiting on the other order to turn up (hopefully tomorrow) that one had a few one of a kind sketch cards in it.

I liked the way it used to be, dont know it changed so drastically this year. Like you said, makes me nervous waiting with no idea whats going on AND when you call them, they dont either till the day (or day before) it ships. Sad

I just hope they dont hurt my grades for me being a pain in the *****. lol I have a fear of an internal email saying "this guys keeps bugging us about his order....." lol.

If they received your order on the 5th(highly Unlikely) then you'd be right.

I have been submitting cards regularly for the part 2 year (17 orders) and I have always received my cards on time. I agree that their tracking system sucks and needs to improve. I also submitted an order earlier this month and have not received any emails about my order. I hope this puts you at some ease and dont worry or stress out too much.
