I was thinking we need a low end trading section or thread where low end collectors can list their wants and hopefully would increase the amount of low end trades members make here on Beckett.

I would list your user name and what you are looking for ie.

Bakerman8419 - Miami Dolphins
Member 2 - Pittsburgh Steelers

Bakerman has 50 Steelers base cards available. Member 2 has 50 Miami Dolphins base cards available. Lets swap!

All trades would be through the trading system. It may take some time listing your low end stuff in your org but at least you know that when you do it you arent wasting your time.

This club would not be involved with the current BCCG monthly group.

Would anyone participate? Any ideas to make it better? Or is this just a dumb idea lol.

No it's not a dumb idea, BUT, I made the suggestion right after the new site launched and comments were basically that a low end thread area isn't needed. I put the suggestion in the suggestions thread for the site thread, but you know how that goes.

There is that post your set needs thread and the single player collector's thread that are kinda helpful I guess.

I think its a good idea. I got a ton of low end inserts & rc's im gonna try & blowout at the flea this weekend. I would list them in my org, but 1, im limited under 100 total cards, 2, I dont have the time necessary to do so, and 3, despite bakermans efforts (much appreciated my friend) but I am still confused and befuzzled at how to use that blasted thing!!! GRRRRR!!! I must be retarded or somethin, lol.

Also, when you say low end, what kind of price range are you talking about?

Its that just for base/inserts/parallels/rc's or would low end autos & gu be included too?

Im thinking any and all cards that book at $15 and lower would be considered low end. Yes sir I got your PM thanks for the info. Im gonna try and get the Ronnie!!! lol.

I'd like it. Maybe not by team but I'd sign up! I always try and trade for base for my sets and most people(not all) are like sorry to small of a trade. I've made trades for a couple $1 base elways before and was very happy so there are some people who do like low end stuff. Maybe add a super collector area and list by player like for my elways and your marino/JTs

I know I get stoked when I can add a new Favre to the pc - even if it is a $1 base. It seems I have a ton of the mid-range and high end stuff, but I am in need of a bunch of base and low end stuff.

Btw moon - I have a bunch of Elways im lookin to move. All are mid to late 90's inserts & parallels (legacy parallels, SC dot matrix, artists proofs and a bunch of others), so if interested, Once I get an understanding of this new organize/trade system, I'll hit u up.

I would love it seeing as Im trying to collect 1 of every skins card made and I have tons of other teams just not mine I think it would be Great IMO
