anything 3oz and under is the same price so as long as youre shipping around 15 cards or less then it should be $1.68 for shipping and del confirmation.

I have a small digital scale that I bought for my son's pinewood derby cars. It's very accurate. Can you just type the total weight in? And do you need any special stickers for printing the postage?

Nope you just put int he info and print it on copy paper and tape it to your mailers.

actually you can print a reciept out also I do believe. I know there are three other screens of stuff you can print out after the labels. I just usually never bother. Plus each label only prints on half a page and the other half has the label record on it that you can keep for your records.
