The title of this forum is Baseball>trading. Not Baseball>Selling. I honestly see more people posting messages trying to sell cards versus actually trading them, which is what this forum was intended for.

My suggestion to beckett is to split this up into 2 separate forums or eliminate selling cards in here altogether. Ebay, craigslist, card shops, target, wal mart are for selling cards not a "trading cards forum".

Sorry to get on the soapbox but it's a little frustrating when all people ask for is cash or that they don't have an organize of cards to trade either.

i think some people, myself included, would either sell or trade the cards we have available.

Beckett allows for the sale of cards as well. Currently the sale module has not been completed, but will be shortly. Once it is, I'm sure you will see a huge reduction in sales threads, since right now there is no fee to sell. Once the module is completed there will be a 5% commission - still much cheaper than Ebay.

there should still be a seperate thread for selling...every thread is a sale thread with the same cards and different titles for the threads. While everyone should be able to do what they want on here, it would be better if there was a seperate forum for it so that the people who are looking to trade don't have to go thru 3 pages of sale threads to find the trade threads

I agree with this... A LOT!! Even though I have a sale thread up...I don't need it to be in the middle of a bunch of trade threads...same goes for the guys trading.

Yup way too many repetitive sale post but also it gets tiring seeing the same cards on some guys trade threads over and over and over and over. And over again.
