Very upset.....have called customer service twice & both times they said they will fix the issue (listed below).....not fixed as of today!

Football OPG has not renewed?......Baseball did!

My monthly OPG didn't renew and I'm pretty sure it was on auto-renew. Now I have to pay the increased rate if I want to subscribe again. Can somebody at Beckett please look into this? Thanks

My Baseball OPG didn't renew again. 1st time was during the site change over and it had all the funky characters in it but that was all fixed. Now I received a email from Beckett saying it could not auto renew due to credit card info and billing address or something like that "I'm at work so I don't have the email in front of me" so I was just going to renew it and then ask for a refund on the over charge since I should be getting it for $6 and not $9 and it wouldn't even let me do that.

baseballman744 - I just checked your account and I see that the auto-renewal occurred on march 24th at the $6.00 price. If you are seeing something different or still having issues, please send me a PM and I can look into it for you. Thanks, Bill

54killebrew74 - I just checked your account and I see two active OPG's right now. Someone here at the Dallas office may have already fixed this for you.

Baseball is set to auto-renew on the 30th of March
Football is set to auto-renew on the 11th of April

If you are seeing something different or having other issues, please send me a PM and I will gladly look into it for you.
