First 2 Boxes 2010 National Treasures...Not Bad
Picked up what I thought might be a single box of 2010 National Treasures. Was pleasantly surprised by this break. Probably should have stopped with that but still bought another box. The 2nd I will post later in this thread when I get it scanned in (also do to limitations in the # of scans in a single post. If the 2nd had been the 1st box opened, I would have been done.

There were 11 cards including 4 autos, all on stickers. This was surprising for a product that is $375/box/pack. The base cards are a little hard to see due to small photos (bigger photo on the back of the card). After 12 boxes of Contenders with no redemptions, the redemption bug returned in the 2nd box. I got my money's worth for sure in the first box.....2 patch/tag auto cards numbered to 10!!!!

Comments welcome.

Holy cow the Colt and the Berry are gorgeous, congrats! Disappointed in some of the inserts, though. Single color GU and all stickers on a $375/pack product? eh...

I know. The inserts look like they belong in Plates and Patches. Looks like Panini spent most of their time on Contenders.

And, there's a typo. There are 12 cards to a pack/box.

Good gravy, those Reebok tags are sweet! And the Jim Taylor auto is pretty nice too, despite being a sticker auto.

And sticker autos? One-color "patches"? Really, Panini? In your $400/pack, flagship product? Shame, shame.

Currently looking for Contenders Autos of:
Ron Dayne, Jamar Fletcher, Wendell Bryant, Joe Thomas, and the 2012 class

Box 2

This had to be the crappy box in the case. Of course, for the price, a box should never be packed like this. Both boxes came from seperate cases.

The Rice is a prime patch #2 of 15.

Autos

The redemption is a Joe Perry prime auto patch. Had to look him up since he was the NFL Rushing record holder before I was born. His record was broken by Jim Brown in 1963.

The Dan Williams is numbered to 25.
The final 2 autos.....

In my opinion....a dumpster box that was put together by someone who doesn't know much about football or the hobby.

Wowzers Mel!!! Those two patch autos have me sitting in a pile of my own drool! Congrats on getting both of them in the same box. Smile Can't wait to see you put that set together. I'm going to enjoy that show for sure!!

The second box deserves another phone call, if you know what I mean...

I like cards serial numbered 34/xx

Is the Ray Rice patch FS? I'd be interested. Please lmk. I'm sure I don't have anything to trade for it.

Some nice hits. After watching youtube breaks and such of NT. I don't see it being worth the price of admission. Sticker autos and early single colored style swatches shouldn't be in such a high end product. Seems like most agree. Kind of dissapointed this yr.

Looking for: Steve Mason,Rick Nash,Jakub Voracek,Ilya Bryzgalov,Cj Spiller & Andrew Mccutchen
