Didn't hear anything from customer service again today. My days are counting down and I have no OPG even though I got charged for it. Trying to contact customer service is ridiculous. No responses to emails, busy signals on the phone and when you do get through, there is a menu. Your go through the menu and pick the best option and you get a healthcare service?????? They, the health care service, are aware of the issue and they offer to forward your information to Beckett. I thought this was a $10+ million a year business. This is being run like it is a couple people working out of someone's garage.

Have had the same issue...have had auto renew as well and it didn't, due to an issue I believe on my end. I did send for the renew the following day and paid the increase. I currently have no OPG although I have renewed and paid...Who else do I need to contact. Please send info

hi all....My single subscription to the baseball OPG has gone up to $9; I believe I had it on auto-renewal at the time of the switch. I have sent CS an e-mail...Thanks for checking into this for me.

Not that I have heard of...I've renewed on the 25th and it is now been 4 days...I wouild wait to see if they get this glitch fixed. I have paid and still haven't revieved the OPG in organize...Good luck. I'll update in this thread when and if I get a response.

Actually, it is a 50% increase.

The new site was released with 1/3 of the functionality of the old one, so I guess that is probably where you got that figure.

If u have pricing and just not in organize, try adding a card to your org and check again

cam73 - I received an email from one of my developers this morning and your account (along with 10 others) was on a "problem list"...some sort of problem occurred during the renewal process.

I have activated your football OPG on the database side and logged in as you and I see pricing. If football isn't what you wanted or if you still have problems, drop me a PM and I will see what I can do. Sorry for the inconvenience.

spooner9ball - looks like you are on my list as well. I just logged in as you and I see hockey pricing with an OPG set for auto-renewal set to expire in a year. If you see anything different or have any issues, let me know.

jax1 - I just checked the database and your auto-renew flag was set to off. Sorry about that.
