my opg sub didnt renew, im locked out

my OPG did not renew either....i thought it was set up for auto renew....atleast it was last year about this time...any ideas as to whom i should contact to get it fixed?

I JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT and I see there has been two charges of nine dollars! Beckett was authorized to take SIX DOLLARS A MONTH from this account. You are messing with my money and I would like it corrected ASAP. I don't like all the jockeying around with my account. Will I wake up some morning and all my money is gone? Beyond ridiculous!

I know you just checked your account, but what are the dates of the charges and what subscriptions do you have?

When was it supposed to renew and was it a Monthly or Yearly (I'm guessing it was) subscription? What sports?

My account shows that my subscription was renewed as of 3 - 4 days ago but I still can't see any pricing in my organize. All records show "Buy Pricing". Not sure what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I've been seeing wtsjr and floydtown instructing to do, add a card to your organize (any card, you'll have to delete it later unless it's a card you want) and then log out and then log back in. Let me know if that works.

I am still extremely upset. They finally took the double charge off, but I am being charged $9. This TOTALLY sucks. I haven't let my OPG expire and hope they can get me the correct rate soon

That seemed to work. Is it safe to add cards to my organize? When will I be able to delete records from Trash and other collections?

Were you charged again since the other one, because the refunds for the difference ($3) was done in another batch and may not exactly show at the same time. Please let me know the date of each transaction (double charge and credit to your account). Thanks.

Glad that helped (don't know why it did though, lol).

I don't have any ETAs right now, sorry. However, people have been adding cards to their organize even though I'm really hoping (this is me hoping) that Beckett decides to take down the site Monday, do a FULL migration (not parted in 2's) from the old site to the new site. That is my personal hope. Just because if they don't, my OCD is telling me to delete everything (when I can) and start anew, which the wife is NOT going to like at all. Just means I should get a laptop so I'm not hogging the computer. If I get any updates, I'll let you know.
