ok i have tons of cards how can i add certain cards to a folder? HELLP... like i want to create a folder for years and decks now how do i add them into the folder?

You can't add cards to a folder. You add collections to a folder. However, that part of organize currently isn't working.

There is a lot of data in the database and changes they have to make need to bode well with the data in the database. And they need to test it a few times before pushing it out to the production site.

So we can't add cards to organize, can't delete cards from organize, some cards we had in organize show up as unknown for the description, which means that there are cards that were available to put in organize before which are not anymore so they are now a mystery, cards don't sort by description in organize, can't tell what collection a card is in looking at all items, can't get totals, duplicating a card takes 6 hours to show up......

WOW, gotta love the Q/A testing on this when the fundamental functions of a feature don't even work.

And then the response when someone asks if we are going to get charged for the months of this garbage, the answer is take it up with customer service?? How about an announcement that all existing users subscriptions will be extended for 2 months at no charge. If they don't, i can see the class action lawsuit coming in their future.

yea very tru some people do not have much money and they raised prices and its not working right come on cut us a break people

I'm sorry but us mods have no answers for the subscriptions as we are only moderators of the forums and trades. The only people that we know you can take it up with is Customer Service unless someone at Beckett were to make an announcement. As far as testing, they've done it. However, I know from experience, there is time and movement between testing and production which allows for issues to arise. At least they have the developers in the office for 12+ hours a day (don't want sleep devs) working on the issues and us mods are reporting to them at least every 10 minutes if not more. This site will get better and it will be more than worth every penny anyone spends here.
