RE: Why the price guide increase & other ?'s
My OPG expired the day of the new launch. My CC number got messed up in the transfer thus allowing my subscription to expire. I cannot renew because the site isnt accepting the cvv2. Just got off the phone with customer support and they told me i can renew in a few days after the site is fixed and I will be required to pay the new price because "I allowed the subscription to expire". So be it. At least figure this crap out so I can get my OPG back

I'll see if I can talk to some people. I don't think they fully understand the situation.

i know that what set me off im still debating if i renew or not now. its bad enough if u need a answer about something from there customer service you have to send them like 3 or 4 emails before they finnally respond and they respond with that response.

I can't believe that their idea of "thanking their loyal customers" was to raise the prices on the rest of us. I had a feeling those of us that let our subscriptions expire were going to get SCREWED!
YOu also got screwed if you DID NOT let your subscription expire. I had auto renew set for all four sports....they expired anyway...some "glitch" caused it not to auto renew and if I want this product (Which is finally seeming to work well) you have to pay the higher rate.

Hello David,

We are sorry that you have experienced problems with the website. We checked your account and found that even with the issues, you have continued to purchase one-month Total Access subscriptions. If the site was not performing at all to your expectations, it seems you would have discontinued your subscription altogether. We understand that you use and benefit from the services we provide and thank you for continuing to visit the website. We are working hard to get the new site launched as soon as we possibly can.
I just love how Beckett "customer service" had the baseballs to BLAME YOU for having faith in them to get this fixed. Just amazing.

Send an email to customerservice@beckett.com with the details of what happened. We can tell if you had autorenew turned on before the new site launched.

RE: Why the price guide increase & other ?'s
Hi I subscribed 2 days before the old site had its 2 down days due to server issues if I recall. I did 1 month of total access and it ends in 12 days, I'm wondering if I can subscribe to total access for the 1 year at the old rate not the new rate. I do have it set on auto renew but debating if I let it lapse and then subscribe 1 year at the new price which is I think unfair as I really don't like the idea of being charged monthly rather get 1 year and get it over with 1 time charge.
