What will be the outcome? What damages will Topps be able to recover? Will the Upper Deck Product have to be recalled, if so, how much will make it out and be sold for crazy amounts?

LOL

TuffStuff grabs the story before Beckett. Good job guys.

Also, this is like the seventh post about this.

Sorry, I check the boards regualrly and only saw two topics about the product but not really about the lawsuit.

Speaking of "Tuff Stuff"

I saw the latest "issue" at the newsstand, what a joke. Do people really still buy Tuff Stuff?
Talk about lack of any content at all. When did they change the spine to a "regular" magazine spine? (decreasing page numbers dramatically)

Thread can be deleted. Sorry, titles of other threads are a little too vague to know what is really the topic.

I wasn't scolding you. I was just pointing them out so you could get some answers.

I think this post is somewhat valuable in that it shows the inability of some companies to grab important stories because they don't want to lose any advertisers. I mean seriously. TuffStuff beat you to the punch guys. TuffStuff.

Yep - the Beckett staff must be in hyper-spin mode right now trying to come up with a way to present arguably the biggest story to hit the hobby/industry in who knows how long without stepping on the toes of either of it's two biggest advertisers. Until they do, apparently the best answer they can come up with is to pretend it doesn't exist. I guess that's what happens when the self-proclaimed "#1 authority on collectibles" sells out to the highest bidder.

No problem, I took no offense to what anyone said, I am one of those guys that hate multiple threads on the same topic. I guess it would be easier if they were labeled better. I usually do not follow Legendary Cuts, but when I saw this, thought it was an interesting story and certainly the outcome will be interesting to see.

Well said my friend, very well said...

Beckett "Media" falls in the same category as the National Enquirer, IMO...

Nothing but smoke and mirrors...
