BGS had an advertisement in Sports Collectors Digest that was one of those deals where an ad looks like an article. It mentioned the bigger holders for oversized items. I don't think there was any mention of when they were going live or the cost. Anyone know?

The thread at the very bottom....maybe 2nd page by time you read this.. The slabs were discussed but nobody knows a specific date for when they will be available.

That previous thread was mine.
I talked to a rep at a show this past weekend, who said that an 8x10 slab is NOW available, and a 5x7 is almost ready. No date was given, but he did say it will be soon...he either said about a month or about a week. My guess is the 5x7 and 8x10 together will be announced as part of the new site launch.

Can't wait for the 8x10 slab. I have a Griffey Auto that I got in person back in 89'.
Hopefully it will be soon.

Speaking of Griffey Too bad this item wasn't a tad smaller I'd see if they would grade it..
It measures 8x11 :o

Anybody know what these are or If they have any value?

I bought a Griffey lot of ebay about 3 years ago of about 600 cards rc's,inserts,pack issued auto's and game used all kinds of stuff for under 100.00 shipped..This and a 2000 reds yearbook is all I have left.
