Called Press Pass today for my customer who pulled it, they said it is ready to ship and he could get it within a week or two of them receiving the redemption card. Other companies take note: I called the number on their website, pressed 1 and POOF, I got a human! And as soon as I got one sentence out she new exactly what I was talking about and seemed more excited about it than the customer who pulled the card.

That is one fine piece of memorabilia. Its also good to hear that Press Pass gives adamn about customer service.
