who do you think is the better player? Arod or Derek Jeter? both plays the SS positions...Arod moved to 3B because Jeter was in NY first... so who do you think is the better player? all around player... defense and offense..

ARod is the best player in baseball.
Jeter shows more of the intangibles and is a better leader and is more clutch.
Bottom of the ninth, down one, runner on second....it's a toss up as to which of them I'd want to be in the batter's box, but overall, ARod is a far better player.
This isn't even a contest. Derek Jeter is one of the most overrated players in baseball today.

i am a huge jeter fan but i have to go with arod here. Jeter has the batting average and the defense but you cant beat arods HRs and RBIs. Jeter also has a huge advantage in the clutch. Arod fails under pressure, jeter rarely does
