Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that I have finally finished sorting the case and should be able to start sending out some packages on Monday. I also sent a nice package to Topps today full of the empty boxes and empty wrappers with a nice little letter explaining to them how horrible the case was with shorts. We will see what happens.

I got a nice package from Kevin(Reds) yesterday full nice Cardinals cards that I havent been able to go through yet.

I also got these TTM in the mail today.

The LaRussa photo I got at Spring Training in 07 and the tickets are of his 2000 Cardinal Game.

I'm playing with Andrew right now, he's a pretty cool kid! Not to bad with an M16 either!

He just mentioned that he was playing the game with someone who knows me! Watch his back for me!

I'm interested in joining as the Tier 2 Athletics collector. I've thought about it for a while and figured eh I'll never have enough cards to keep up. But then when I had to clean up lately I realized I have plenty to contribute.

<<< MAIL DAY >>>

I received a great package from Mark M today. Inside were a few Brad Hawpe Moment and Mielstones including one /25!! Mark also included a Matt Holliday 08 Topps RBI leaders gold foil card that I needed ofr hte Holliday collection. Thanks for the great package.

Heading off to the Rockies game soon. I really need to get out...the only tickets I could find were in the "Rockpile" which is in deep center field...but hey...they were only $4. I've never sat there...so it should be interesting. Also looking to come back form the game with some goodies...I will share later if it works out like I hope!

You need to PM yankeelegend51080 (Mike), he is the A's Tier I collector. He hasn't posted in a long time so you may want to consider PM'ing Nimster (Nimrod) and/or CT Sox Fan (Wayne) to see what the situation is with him. Hope this helps!

Also, did anyone see Sabathia's home run? That thing was one of the furthest hit baseballs I have ever seen! OVER the bullpens in Los Angeles! And its the only run of the game and we're in the 6th

Saturday night bump!

Pretty quiet on the board tonight.

I received an NPN from Donruss Elite Extra - Matt Wieters School colors #/1500. Wooo!

Spent most of the morning replumbing a connection on the water well. None of the dang contractors in the area bothered to call me back so I went ahead and did it myself.

Jaycob- I've only used the marketplace a few times. Keep an eye out for seller overcharging for s/h. I've heard mixed results.

The reason why I wanted to go to the Rockies game tonight was because the Rockies wives were having their annual charity drive. The were selling autogpahed baseballs in grab bags for $40 a piece. Each player on the roster signed 24 balls and if anyone bought 4 grab bags...they would have you pick a number to win a 5th autographed piece of memorabilia signed by a past Rockies player.

Well, I took my dad to the game and we got there late (which is 45 minutes early)....I got to the booth where they were selling balls and they had totally sold out. They had three pieces of memorabilia left: A JD Closser signed Bat, a Sunny Kim signed ball and a 2000 Rockies team bat. There were 2 other guys checking out the 2000 Rockies team bat but guess who came away with it? Scott Podsedniks wife and Micah Bowie's wife said I could have it for $80....I never paid for something so quickly. I had come to the game expecting to pay $160 for 4 balls and a chance at something this cool....

Now if I can just figure out who half these auto's are!!! It's my 1st Larry Walker auto...as he doesn't sign much...and an old school Helton signature! Big Grin
