I fot two great packages this weekend. One from econg8 that included 2 team bags full of new and old Braves, a Chipper 8x10 studio card, and a 2000 AllStar game coin! To top it off was a GU Jersey card of none other than.... Mr. Hudson!!! Thank you so much, I love them
I also received a package from Florida (ALBERS???) I don't know who sent this one. Please let me know, and I will send you something out. Inside was a bunch of newer Braves in a hard plastic case. The topper... a Flair Showcase emerald /150 of...Mr. Hudson

FINALLY!
The Angels beat the Braves. It was a painful broadcast to watch on ESPN. Joe Morgan and Jon Miller spent over half the game talking about Chipper Jones batting .400
It was like watching "The Chipper Jones Show" with an Angels - Braves game in the background.

Thanks again to everyone for your support. I had to treat myself to a Blaster for fathers day but I know my wife would have taken care of that if she could...I did pull a game used for Travis. Were back home as a family and thats all I needed for Fathers day. I tried to work today but my Boss called and yelled at me and tried to convince me otherwise.
I'm looking forward to the mail today with hopes that there will be something to make me smile.

post the other night looking for "Team Collector's" because he said he had some free cards. I contacted him to and he sent me an awesome package don't know if you talked to him or someone else talked to him for you but I know Wayne also sent him a message.
Hafner GU, Barfield refractor (that I needed), Barfield 07 Spectrum(that I needed), Sabathia Refractor, Sizemore 07 bowmans best green #'d 299 and other base I needed as well. It was honestly a really really great package!

I'm glad Chipper was slumping. Too bad the rest of the team wasn't following suite.
Mail call. What a great day of mail. First up was a package from Nimster. Some great individual cards in there. I love the two Chromes from Heritage of Ellsbury and Dice K. There were some Special FX cards, to include more Dice K. Also some very neat Topps 50th Anniversary cards. I don't recall seeing them before. They sort of look like the All Time Fan Favorite cards, but it is a different set. Thanks Nimster. I am sure you added several new cards to the collection.
Next up was this weird looking box hanging out of my mailbox. It was not quite as long as a bat, but bigger than an 800 ct box (actually it is 2 of them combined). I opened it up and it was piece of a baseball bat that is used by Ryan Kalish. On the barrel in a silver sharpie is his autograph. Also included was a ticket from the game this bat was obtained that also was signed. Thank you so much Mr. Hickory Crawdad, Barry! My son is not home yet, but I am sure he is stealing this for his collection that is on his shelf. I will need to find a card with him on it to put with the bat when we display it. It is such a unique item. Thanks a million Barry!
