I am a bit sad about losing Casey Kotchman along with AA Stephen Marek, but TEX should give us that extra power injection that I've felt the Angels needed. Let's hope this equates to a nice trophy this October.

Wow. Nice deal for the Angels. Tex should really help that line up. A switch hitter with some pop in his bat. The Angels have the $ to sign him too after the season.

Lackey took a no-no to the 9th. My boy Youk ruined the shut out and Dustin the no-no. I hate to hear about the trade rumors involving Youk. I understand he is a player that is desirable to the other teams (young, relatively cheap, and signed for a few years) so his name is going to come up. I hope we can shed ourselves of Manny with out giving up Youk as well.

I still won't know until we get closer if its something we can afford... Dawn doesn't have a Cross Country Meet that weekend so now it is simply financial and we are trying to save! Hope everything works out...
