Ok so bare with me here.
I know I've read it here and in the regular message boards but I figured I'd make a new thread just to find out what people here think now.
If I had a card that was rare but not completely uncommon. Lets say a Michael Jordan rookie for example. Now say 20,000 Jordans were graded and Mine was the only one that was graded a 10. So according to the registry it is the only one that is graded ten.
Does it make the card a 1 of a kind. Or in other words a 1/1?
