scd is an older company called sports card digest. scd has much lower Grading standards than Beckett (BGS/BVG) does. they even have MUCH lower grading standards than psa OR sgc.
There is another company out there posing as sports card digest; I think it's sdc.
Unless the card looks really, really great I wouldn't waste the money for a crossover.

Ok, I misspoke earlier.
sports collector's digest (scd) is the legit company and sports card digest (scd) is the poser company.
Sorry for the confusion.

thnks for the help it is a 1998 best troy glaus rookie card or somthing like that and any idea what a 9 would crossover to

Well, I have a thread that compares psa to BGS and a psa nine mostly crosses over to a BGS eight or BGS eight.five
So, I wouldn't think it would get higher than an eight.five
