Many people are reading your posts, but I don't think anyone here knows about it. I would think you'd have better luck searching eBay and Google for same and similar items to find out more about it and approximate worth.
Having sold some old sports related programs and magazines, I can tell you that anything with Babe Ruth and Yankees is highly collectible. I sold an old Yankees program/scorecard from the 50's for a friend of mine - with writing in it, on it (funny to see the note jotted on the back of how much the person spent on a couple of sodas and hotdogs - something like $3 or $4 dollars LOL), and otherwise looking fairly used and handled. I was surprised that it went for over $20, given the condition.
This kind of stuff is subjective. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you keep it, it's worth whatever you think it's worth. If you want to sell it, decide what the minimum price you want for it and start there - let the market decide if it's worth more.
Thanks for your ideas......
It is a giveaway pamphlet from the late 40's early 50's, in NYC many
