I am looking into a trade and the other party is offering me 2, 9.5 Beckett Raw Card Reviews. Now does that mean that Beckett Guarantees tose cards to grade at 9.5 or better? Or does it mean they might grade for 9.5. The graded card market is new to me so any help would be appreciated.
