Before grading a card I hear a lot about cleaning the surface of a card.
Does it work?
With what do you do it?
Is it expensive or time consuming?
How do you do it?
Thanks y'all
It takes 2 or 3 seconds to wipe down the surface of a card with a soft cloth (lens cloth) to remove finger prints.

Thank you.
Some have also said using Windex on the soft cloth also helps, but thanks for the suggestion.
Most people acted like it was a little more harder. Using different materials.
I mean it is simple, just checking.
I use a microfiber cloth that is for eyeglasses.
Yes the process is simple an helps to clean off smudges and prints.
Best of luck.

Thanks- appreciate the help.
Hope my next slabs will have even better surfaces!

I think people were giving you a hard time, I wouldn't recomend putting window cleaner on a baseball card..
People use a soft cloth to wipe down chrome cards to remove fingerprints.

Thanks again- but actually it was not even on my thread and the talked about using cleaning materials on cards seriously.
But thanks for the suggestion- since I have three people who have said the similar things, I'll try that with my next order.
Thanks to deez283 and all others who helped!
Can you do this on non-chrome cards too?
