He refuses to pay it's fighters the money they deseve, which is why so many are leaving. He didn't make an effort to sign Fedor, won't even attempt to bring Gomi, and just let Andre Arvloski go. Think about it, the guy has gone on an ego trip since the UFC started peaking.
