On a happier note, that new scanner works great. I finally got to scan some baseball PC and upload. I hadnt gone through those cards in forever. The Mattingly Donruss and the Griffey Baseball's Best have been on the "Send to BGS" list forever.

Heres the funny part. The day before we took the kids to the flea market and let them loose. Theres a guy there who usually has a few boxes of recent basketball and he had a box of Artifacts for $2.00 a pack. Not bad. So I got one, and I pulled this:

Err...so Joel's bro got me basketball cards as a wedding gift (awesomely cool!) and I pulled a Tyrus rookie of all things. Sure you got it but I thought I'd see if you needed it before I burned it...UD Reserve Star Rookies #204
Yeah, I knew he got you that. He was asking if you registered anywhere while we were on way to the Barnett's, and decided that was as good as any. I thought it was great. I do have that Tyrus, so burn away if you must, but know that I'll eventually have some other Pacers for you and have a fireplace in my apt. Eye for an eye buddy.

I'm fully intending on going as long as the remodeling of my best friend's basement doesn't get in the way. His basement was DESTROYED with all the flooding we had and he ended up losing a 65 inch big screen, a really nice furniture set and we had to gut the floors and walls. We've pretty much kicked the job's rear end but we still have to sand the walls, paint and start moving everything back in. I think we're gonna make it to the Draft party though. There's a deal going on right now where if you buy a ticket package you get a free autographed jersey of whoever we draft in the 1st round. Kinda cool.
